| Real nice
trail that gets deep within the jungles of Soberania National Park, by
the Panama Canal Area. It
is smooth with out any hard hills and not too muddy; however, the surface is
not in very well shape and begginers must proceed with caution. The journey
ends by reaching the historic " Camino de Cruces"(used by Spaniard
Conquistadors).

| Departs from Panama City
at 7:00 toward Summit Park. Here biking starts toward Gamboa on
paved road, then turning right, entering Coco Plantation trail. We will be
traveling within protected Soberania National Park. On the way back to
Summit Park, we will use the same route. |
